Away We Go
Away We Go is a perfect movie for thirty-somethings looking forward to having children — sort of an older, more mature Garden State. B+

Inspirational
Every Little Step is a very well done doc on the making of A Chorus Line, the Pultizer Prize-winning Broadway musical. If you need a break from the Summer blockbusters, this is the film to see. A-

Another Pixar hit
We just got back from the latest Pixar offering and as we predicted, it didn’t disappoint. Up is a well-written, emotional and funny film that surprisingly rivals anything in the Pixar catalog. A-

It’s the Memorial Day weekend, so we thought we would partake in a bit of the summer Hollywood fare by seeing Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.   It’s pretty much exactly what you would expect from seeing the trailer … although, we saw it in IMAX so realistically it’s probably a lot worse than I’m making it out to be. I’ve driven through Urban Reserve, it’s very oddly placed and the prices are insane.  Move it somewhere around the M-Streets and cut the prices by 75% and the development would be a gold mine.
